Making a report is crucial to stopping the behaviour and protecting yourself and others. By coming forward, you can contribute to a broader cultural shift in the organisation, encourage others to speak out and foster an environment of zero harm.
You can make a report anonymously or choose to identify yourself. We prioritise your privacy and use advanced security measures to protect your information. Your report will not be made public by SafeSpace@elevate and will only be provided to authorised people at the organisation you are reporting so they can act. Your report can help make the workplace safer for everyone.

Anonymous Reporting
SafeSpace@elevate allows you to report anonymously, anything in the workplace that is affecting your safety or wellbeing. By remaining anonymous, you can feel secure knowing there will be no repercussions or retaliation for reporting harmful behaviour. It may empower you to share more candidly.
Our platform is designed to make anonymous reporting simple, secure and effective. We use state-of-the-art encryption to ensure your identity remains confidential and your information is protected. Our intuitive interface guides you through the reporting process step-by-step, making it easy to share your concerns without any hassle.
How it works
- Complete and submit your report: Complete our straightforward form with details of your concern. You can provide as much or as little information as you feel comfortable sharing.
- Anonymous token: If you are interrupted while completing the report or want to sleep on it before submitting, rest assured that you can come back at any time to finish and submit your report using a unique token the platform generates.
- Support throughout the process: We are on hand to provide you with information and support via our chat function or by phone and email. You can choose to remain anonymous while receiving support.
- Action by organisation: You can tell the organisation you are reporting what you want to see happen. The organisation will review your report, which can help them identify hotspots or areas of concern and drive change, contributing to a better and safer environment for everyone.
We want you to be aware of some limitations with anonymous reports:
- Anonymous reports may not lead to formal workplace investigations.
- We cannot contact you to offer support unless you provide your contact details and request support or a callback.
- We do not provide you with updates on the progress of your report and any outcomes achieved. If you would like to receive this information, you may consider making an Identified report instead.
Identified Reporting
If you feel comfortable putting your name to the report and would like to be more involved in its progress and action, you can make an Identified report. If you make an Identified report, the organisation you report will contact you directly via your preferred means. Making a report is simple. Our user-friendly interface guides you through the process, ensuring your report is clear and comprehensive.
How it works
- Complete and submit your report: Complete our straightforward form with details of your concern. You can provide as much or as little information as you feel comfortable sharing. For Identified reports, you need to provide your name and email address.
- Track your report: Stay informed with real-time updates on the status of your report. Log in to your account anytime to see updates and communicate with the parties involved.
- Support throughout the process: We are on hand to provide you with information and support via our chat function or by phone and email.
- Hear directly from the organisation: The organisation you make the report about will contact you directly about your report using your preferred mode of contact. They may request further information and will explain the organisation’s processes for dealing with your report. The organisation will update you directly about progress and any outcomes achieved.
- Action by organisation: You can nominate what action you would like to see the organisation take regarding your report. SafeSpace@elevate will provide the organisation with your preferred outcomes, which will inform their response to your report.
As the organisation owes a duty of care to keep everyone in the workplace safe and may also need to provide procedural fairness to individuals named in your report, the organisation may not always be able to deliver your preferred outcome(s). However, knowing your preferred outcomes will be helpful to the organisation in informing their approach to your report.
Manager support
If you are a manger or a frontline leader, we can provide you with tailored support in responding to disclosures or reports made to you by your workers. Requesting this kind of assistance is simple. We will ask you for a few details about the kind of report you have received, and our user-friendly interface will guide you through the process. SafeSpace@elevate will then contact you to provide you with support and guidance on how to move forward.

Provide us with details of the report you have received and how you have responded (if you have done so). Feel free to provide as much or as little information as you feel comfortable sharing. We will get back to you within 24 hours.
- Support and guidance: We will provide you with support and specific guidance on how to respond, action or move forward with a report you have received from a worker.

We can provide you with initial support and information about your options. SafeSpace@elevate can guide you through the reporting process if you wish to proceed with a report. We offer end-to-end trauma-informed support to ensure physical, psychological, cultural and emotional safety.
SafeSpace@elevate can also refer you to specialised counselling services to help you heal from the impacts of harmful behaviour. You can also identify specific or additional supports or processes that meet your particular needs, and SafeSpace@elevate can initiate a warm referral to the appropriate services.
