You can make a report anonymously or choose to identify yourself. We prioritise your privacy and use advanced security measures to protect your information. Your report will not be made public by SafeSpace@elevate and will only be provided to authorised people at the organisation you are reporting so they can act. Your report can help make the workplace safer for everyone.

If you feel comfortable putting your name to the report and would like to be more involved in its progress and action, you can make an Identified report. If you make an Identified report, the organisation you report will contact you directly via your preferred means. Making a report is simple. As the organisation owes a duty of care to keep everyone in the workplace safe and may also need to provide procedural fairness to individuals named in your report, the organisation may not always be able to deliver your preferred outcome(s). However, knowing your preferred outcomes will be helpful to the organisation in informing their approach to your report.
If you are a manger or a frontline leader, we can provide you with tailored support in responding to disclosures or reports made to you by your workers. Requesting this kind of assistance is simple. We will ask you for a few details about the kind of report you have received, and our user-friendly interface will guide you through the process.
